After leaving a review for my last failure of a peppermill, I ordered this solidly 5-star rated Vic Firth. I smiled the minute I opened the package. The shockingly fun paint houses a serious machine with a wonderful heft. I ran through the gamut of grind settings, and I am very impressed with the consistency of the grind and the smooth ease of operation. I know this beast will be grinding my pepper for years.
