The product is as it says it is...it will last for generations ...but I am not Italian, an getting the dough right is a problem for me ...well I will get it right ...as I love to cook...good luck with your dough ...this item is well priced as it will last for generations ...but can you get the dough right for ravoli...I will eventually, I love to cook and hate defeat...I will be able to overcome this hunk of metal...Ha Ha hey this is a good deal on the Ravioli maker as it is going to last till the grandkids come home...I love well built stuff
