I've been wanting a pasta roller for some time, my mother had one when I was younger. I have made fettuccini, angel hair, and farafelle pasta (using the lasagne roller and hand shaping) with this machine, cooking half the recipe that day and freezing the other half (already shaped) for another days use. Also with this machine i can make whole wheat pasta, and/or put spinach in the pasta to make it a bit more healthy than regular.
