Customer Review: Great for salsa!!!

This is a great tool for making salsa. The manual action allows you to chop the tomatoes or other soft fruits and vegetables without turning them into mush or puree. It also cuts other vegetables such as carrots, bell peppers, etc. with relative ease. Do not mistake this with a motorized food processors as it is a little delicate and should only be used for simple chopping and light mixing jobs. The manual action is what makes this machine shine. You can feel the force necessary to accomplish the job so no additional force needs to be applied chopping the foods just right. I would give this salsa maker a 5.0 rating but as I said before, it is a little delicate. Enjoy your salsa!!!!
