Item arrived with no 'stylish gift box' as it says in description. It came with only bubble wrap (no manufacturer's box) around it and the teapot lid was only covered in a thin piece of paper. Causing it to be shattered during shipping. Other than that, the tea pot is made well. It is thick and has a good weight to it. The print is very pretty. Has a nice semi-gloss glaze on it. Looks much more expensive. I'm gonna buy it again and hope this time it arrives better. Shame it didn't work this time for my mom's birthday but hope it'll arrive good for Christmas. It'll make a wonderful gift.
