Honestly, I am a little surprised by the other 5-star reviews. Not one of them mention that this wine opener is made almost completely from plastic. It has a flimsy feel and when you squeeze the handle around the bottle neck, the grip isn't completely secure and unless you squeeze incredibly hard, it has a tendency to slip. This isn't for people with weak hands. I've opened about 24 bottles of wine with this opener and it isn't as easy to use as my previous rabbit wine opener. Needless to say, I'm a bit disappointed in this product.
UPDATE: Jan 25, 2011. After 5-months this wine opener has broke and won't open bottles. The screw pushes into the cork but when you pull it up, the screw just comes out of the cork. Not well made. One-star.
