Even after having used this superb little peeler, it is hard to believe the transformation. This comfortable utensil actually makes peeling a fruit or vegetable fun! Ok, the "fun" part would probably wear off if you had to peel a hundred of something, but still, what a wonder.
I believe the "secret" is the support of the blade at the farthestmost point, so applied pressure is spread across the blade from both ends, instead of just from the handle side.
MAKE SURE TO PEEL OFF THE PROTECTIVE TAPE from the blade before using.
A superb kitchen gadget at an awsome price.
