I use this almost daily and think it's great. For some reason (maybe the bigger than normal straw) I finish off 24 oz of water in record time. I'm definitely drinking more water because of this, which was my main reason for purchase. It mostly sits on my desk and I like it because it doesn't leave a ring. I've taken it on walks and to the park and it works fine but it's not insulated by any means. You may want to look at another option if you want something for outdoor use and want it to stay cold for a long time.
