Customer Review: Love it and hate it.

I love the looks of this travel mug. The hot color and stainless steel look great. I also like that it has the breast cancer awareness ribbon. BUT, I always feel like it's not really clean. I tried taking the screw out of the lid to take it apart and clean it, but the screw wouldn't come out. I read somewhere that you can stick a toothpick in the lid and try to get it clean, but I haven't had much luck with that. Another thing I don't like is inside there is a rim that liquid collects in. So when I wash it I can never get all the water out and coffee collects in there and it isn't easy to clean. I have to use a bottle brush and even then sometimes I can see the rinse water still has coffee in it. It also spills on me when I'm drinking from it sometimes. What happens is I take a sip and hardly anything comes out, so I sip again and tilt it up further to get some more because I think it must be almost gone and...coffee all over my sweater. This has happened way more then once and to my husband who has a similar cup from the same company. Overall, I like this mug. I just need to figure out a way to clean it.
