Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Tovolo Blue Rocket Pops, Set of 6Customer Review: Good Product Summary: 5 Stars
The kids loved it! We have it for about 2 months and I make ice cream from every fruit juice I can think of. It's a nice way to have the kids enjoy a healthy snack. Just blend any fruit with water. Or get a little more creative if you'd like.
The product does what it's supposed to do, it's an ice cream mold. We have dropped it a couple of times and it did not break and it's easy to get the ice cream out. Just run it under water for a few seconds and voila! enjoy!
Customer Review: Awesome BPA-Free Pop Molds Summary: 5 Stars
Look great, work great. We love'em. Just be a little patient when unmolding, it takes a little more time than usual to get the pop out. It's really fun to be creative with ingredients: juice, yogurt, jello, fruit, smoothie, or whatever you feel brave enough to try. A fun way to get vitamins, minerals, fruits, fiber, etc. into your kids. Stuff they won't eat or drink is magically desireable if it's a popsicle....at least if you don't tell them what it is!
Customer Review: Frozen margaritas Summary: 4 Stars
I gave my DH a set of these for his birthday and use them to make boozesicles. What a great way to enjoy a frozen margarita!
The set is well designed and sturdy, the popsicles slide out easily, but there is one flaw that I can see -- the popsicle stick base is a great drip try that will yes, catch the drips and then dump a teaspoonful of melted popsicle down your shirt if you are not extremely careful. Still and all, great adult fun.
Customer Review: good product Summary: 4 Stars
These are little expensive but I haven't been able to find anything similar anywhere else. They do the job well and last. You need to run them under water or sit them in a bowl of warm water to get them out of the mold. I use either watered down fruit juice or jello mixture to fill them. In the long run it's cheaper than buying popsicles all the time and you get to fill them with healthier ingredients than what you would probably buy at the store.
Customer Review: Better Than Breyers Summary: 5 Stars
Make popsicles in any flavor you love and save money too! I thought these forms were a little pricey so I only ordered 1 set to start. They are actually much sturdier than the old Tupperware style - and much larger. Best surprise is the nice texture you get from the shape. I ALWAYS have some sugar-free pops frozen and ready in the freezer. Already I have saved money since the Breyers equivalent is about $4 per box at the grocery store here.
