Pros:
- Attractive
- Stable and therefore will not tip over when heavy utensils are placed inside
- Lattice enables water inside to better evaporate.
Cons:
- Base is completely flat. So if water leaks down the side it will puddle underneath the unit. This could potentially result in the bamboo rotting over time. I recommend you get yourself 4 self-adhesive rubber feet to put underneath the unit to leave an air gap for evaporation.
- It is rather tall- about the full length of an average utensil and as a result tends to hide it despite the lattice structure. You will need to look inside the container to find the utensil you want.
