I love this lamp. It is truly high quality for the low price. It's extremely sturdy and attractive in a unique way (my friend calls it my "lamp monster," LOL). The base is very heavy so there are no worries about tipping. I put this behind my entertainment center and put a different colored, 25 watt bulb in each head (party lights) just for mood lighting and to watch television by, it looks terrific. I bought this lamp two days ago. I put it together in what seemed like a few minutes (probably 10 - 15), it is very sturdy with a heavy base. I was worried that plastic shades would look cheap, but you cannot tell when it is put together, they look great! It is beautiful and really puts out bright light, plus you have the option of 1, 3, or all bulbs to be lit at once. I love it, I think it's beautiful, and you can't beat the price!Customer Review: Don't buy this lamp.

I admit the lamp was beautiful when I first bought it but it seems that right around the 90 day period you have to return something it fell apart. The bottom part that screws together no longer screws and it leans. It is an embarassment to have in my living room with my contemporary decor and now I have to spend another $30-$50 for a new lamp. The reviews that are listed are very true and this product is not worth the money.Customer Review: Weak link

Great looking lamp. The problem is the middle connection. The threads are so loose that it almost, but doesn't quite catch. After examining it, it's clear someone used the tape contractors use to be sure threads are sealed for plumbing. Which can be a fine solution but is not adequate in this case. From reading other reviews, it appears that the problem is, perhaps, random. Not good enough for me; will be returning the lamp.Customer Review: Great Lamp!

I bought a previous version of this lamp from Target for my son. The only difference is that there are four lights instead of five and, in addition to the white shades, I also received colored shades so that we could have one red, blue, yellow, and white shade. Because it's in my son's bedroom, we always use the multicolor setup. It's a great lamp and I'm going to buy this one for another room in the house!
