Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Tom Douglas by Pinzon Wenger 10-Inch Butcher KnifeCustomer Review: sharp but thin! Summary: 4 Stars
I just got this knife and so far so good. It is sharp right off the bat and the key that I still havent found out is how long it will keep its sharpness. The metal blade is quite thin so a bit too flexible for my taste but some people like that. For the money I paid for it, you can't go wrong with this knife.
Customer Review: only for butchering Summary: 4 Stars
the shape of the blade makes this a pretty custom knife. if you're not cutting large pieces of meat you dont need this knife. if you are regularly cutting large pieces of meat you'll want a forged blade. so 4 stars because it isn't bad, but most people dont need this knife.
Customer Review: Sharp and versatile... like a samurai sword Summary: 4 Stars
Nice long, sharp blade. Won't dull with proper care. The handle feels a bit cheap, but if you're buying for functionality vs. form, you won't be disappointed. Good knife for the price.
