This mixer is terrible. It can't handle even the lightest mixing. It begins to smell really terribly as if the motor is about to die. It intermitantly stops mixing for no apparent reason. I purchased this as a quick tool to use when I didn't want to pull out my kitchen aid stand mixer. I didn't expect it to be great, but this thing can barely beat eggs.
