Customer Review: Disappointingly Low Quality

I ordered this product for myself. When it arrived, I was surprised by the low quality of the materials used in its construction. After one use the lower pan began to bow and warp. The two heating slots on BOTH extreme ends do not work, which reduces the actual useful capacity to 4, even though this is meant to serve 8 people. Also the heating component was inconsistent. I was so disappointed with this product I returned it and ordered a different brand. My advice, if you are looking for a functional, authentic Raclette grille, this is NOT the one to buy.
