I purchased the electric kettle jug, because I had owned one before and it went bad. I was disappointed in the new one, as I only used it for four days and discovered rust spots on the bottom. I wrote to the company and they had me return it, and now am waiting for a replacement kettle. Was not happy that I had to pay the extra postage to return the kettle to Canada.
