Customer Review: Great product but both of mine arrived with defects

Was trying to decide between giving 3 and 4 stars for this product. On one hand, it does an awesome job of crisping up cold chicken nuggets and french fries. On the other, both bags that came in my 2-pack were not properly sealed on the sides and the rest of the seam appears weak. Small nuggets or pieces of fries run the risk of falling out into the toaster when I use the bag. (No problems with cheese sandwiches or other large, flat items, of course, but I'd have returned the item if I weren't currently outside of the United States.)
These bags are also not entirely easy to clean when it comes to greasy items like fries or nuggets or very heavily buttered cheese sandwiches. After just ten uses I have unsightly dark brown grease stains on the bags that won't come off with any amount of soaking, soaping or scrubbing, but since I know they've actually been properly cleaned with detergent and fully air-dried, I continue to use them. Again, not a problem if you get this product primarily to heat up sandwiches or to prevent gluten combination.
