i know this product says foundation, however i use it mainly as a coverup for under my foundation. it smoothes out all of the spots and really makes my skin even. if i don't have any foundation it can be worn by itself, but for me the foundation on top of it gives it a more finished look. it also lasts forever! i probably by only 1 a year. Hope this helps, but worth the money in my opinion. i have been using it for about 10 years.
