When I ordered the first coaster holder I was excited to get it. I liked the color and the fact that I could show off my decorative coasters while having them out and ready to use. When I got it I was so disappointed to see that the wood had been damaged on the front and as a fix there was a large wood filler on the front (couldn't have been on the backside). It was not a good job of filling, it looked more like a large brown piece of gum had been pressed on the front of the holder (finger prints and all). Thanks to Amazon's return policy I returned the item and reordered thinking this must have been a fluke. Well, when the next one arrived, guess what... Yeah, you guessed it... the same thing. This time it was just a bit smaller piece of brown gum. I decided to keep it because at this point the product didn't cost enough to consume that much of my time. I put it in the basement. I loved the idea of the design of the coaster holder but it just didn't work out for me. Unless I can actually see it first I wouldn't order this product. Who knew I could get 2 products with almost the exact same damage.
