First, I hate not getting the advantage of Amazon Prime 2 day shipping. These Brick & Mortar stores Amazon partners with don't know how to ship a letter, much less two of these mugs.
Usually when I see a rating this low I attribute it to someone who is hard to satisfy or, perhaps, is having a bad day. For me, it's neither.
The one aspect of this order, and I see that the description has changed since I ordered the two mugs, is that on the day I ordered it I spent 2 and 1/2 hours on the 'net searching for mugs like this that were NOT MADE IN CHINA. This mug was the only one I found in its size and style that said it was made in the U.S.A. Don't you just love fraud and malfeasance. You probably do if you've been watching any of the Presidential candidates or their predecessor.
So if you want something like everything made by Oxo and now Aladdin (which has been sold to a company that shipped jobs from Nashville to Beijing then order this product. MADE IN CHINA puts a couple extra dollars in the CEO's pocket, you pay the same and you take the risks of using something MADE IN CHINA, not that greedy CEO - and I should encourage you to keep looking for items MADE IN THE U.S.A., at least they don't poison products MADE IN THE U.S.A.
