Customer Review: SECOND ONE - a charm

I bought this mug for my husband. He wanted a mug with an open handle so he could hook it over the edge of a crate in his truck as opposed to using the cup holder. Unfortunately, the button on the lid didn't work, or I'd have given this mug a 5-star review. Anyway, I got right back on-line to Amazon, and they issued me a mailing label to print on my computer for free return shipping. I stuck the mug back in the box it came in, taped the label to the box, and brought it to the post office. Amazon sent a new mug immediately without waiting for the broken one to be returned, and we had it in 2 days.
The button on the new mug works just fine, and my husband loves it. He loves the way it looks and he loves the way it keeps his coffee hot. He's only had it a week, so I can't speak to leaking issues, but from the other reviews here, it looks like we've got a winner. He's delighted.
Because the button was the only problem, which seems to be a rare issue, and because Amazon's return policy was so issue-free, I would definitely take a chance with another.
