Just when it seems like the screw top is in place, this mug will mistread, leaving a mess on the from of your shirt when you drink from it. It's not easy to see when the top is not seated correctly, so the problems with it never seem to end. The handle controlling the seal is a good design at least.
Also, the mug only does a fair just insulating, loosing heat especially fast within an hour. Thermos Nissan makes great products, just not this one.

STAINLESS STEEL TRAVEL TUMBLER,

For easy-sip, no-spill commuting, this thermos offers an ingenious solution. A lever opens the sip-hole with a light squeeze of the fingers. Relax the fingers and the hole closes. Bingo! Since the lever lies opposite the sip-hole, the Travel Tumbler works for righthanders and lefthanders. Virtually unbreakable, this lightweight, vacuum-insulated thermos travels to work or your favorite recreation spot. On arrival, and for hours afterward, coffee, tea, or soup will still be hot. Or lemonade, iced tea, or a sports drink will still be chilled. It's compact (7-3/4 inches high) and handsome. A band of soft, nonslip black rubber encircles the tapered, satin-finish exterior, ensuring a firm grip. Top, bottom, and L-shaped lever are black plastic. Fine threading ensures the twist top seals tightly, while the smooth interior cleans with sponge or cloth. Preheating or prechilling with hot or cold water is recommended. --Fred Brack
