I love it. I love having the variety, it's nice to open it up and have a choice of foods to eat. I have a microwave at work so I carry everything cold and warm up when I need it. The 2 bottom jars will stay cold for the whole day. I carry breakfast in the bottom, lunch in the next and 2 snacks in the others.
The only minor problem I have had, is that it is sometimes a little difficult to screw the top on, getting the threading right.
But other than that, it's great, I save money, have lost weight, and feel satisfied through out the day.
If you heat the 2 two bottom containers and add hot water to preheat the thermos in the morning, I find the food is lukewarm by lunch time. Adequate but not as hot as I'd like.

Four microwave-safe, white plastic containers stack inside, providing enough capacity for a balanced meal: salad, soup, main dish, and dessert. The main-dish container and leak-proof soup container have twist tops, while the salad and dessert containers have snap tops. A stainless steel spoon travels inside a plastic case that slips into a plastic holder attached to the tote's side, and a removable black nylon strap slips over a shoulder to keep the tote upright.
