I have another mug exactly like this (in silver), and I have used it so much that the middle rubber grip stretched out. I can still use it as a backup mug (I'm famous for leaving it behind at different places). I just love this mug! It keeps coffee so hot for a long period of time. I rarely use a regular coffee mug, since I'm a "sipper." I would be lost without my Thermos Nissan Travel Mug! Went through many a coffee tumbler. This is by far the best. Keeps coffee hot for up to 1 1/2hrs. Could even be more but I finish in that time. Good for the morning drive. Biggest capacity out there (18oz) that fits in car carrier. Well worth the purchase.Customer Review: stays hot

This cup is worth the money, stays very hot! We were in church for 1 hour and it was 10 degrees outside and the coffee stayed hot in the car!
