This thermos keeps my tea and coffee warm (almost scorching if I have it without milk) for hours. But my favorite feature is the flip top, making it really easy to operate one-handed, especially while driving, or dealing with small children. Perfect product, everyone that we have shown has bought one. We use it for hot and cold. The cold in Florida is crazy good, I leave it in my car all day and still cold with ice. One time it was so hot from the car and sun I could hardly hold it, but ice cold inside. We have since ordered 4 more for friend and family.Customer Review: Fantastic performance

This thermos when used as suggested (warm with hot water before filling)keeps coffee (or other hot stuff) hot for several hours and warm overnight. I prefer sipping coffee over the long haul and although not HOT after 10 hours it is not COLD either. I love this thing.
