After brewing, lift the teapot infuser by the chain and set it on it's own tray - leaving no drippy mess. Stainless steel. After brewing, lift the infuser from the teapot by the chain and set it on its own tiny (2-1/4-inch) tray so there's no dripping mess to deal with.
