Customer Review: Simple and expensive; weak magnet and misleading instructions

Here's how this timer compares with the one it replaced.
Advantages:
1. Very inexpensive.
2. Very simple to use.
3. Large readout.
4. Pleasant-sounding indicator beeps.
5. 0-9 buttons. Entering "34" takes two keystrokes; on other timers you must press a key 34 times (or hold a key down for a long and precise amount of time).
Drawbacks:
1. Weak magnet. The slightest touch dislodges it from my refrigerator door. (Even if the magnet was strong enough to hold it on, it would be impossible to set the timer without knocking it off the refrigerator door, because the time-set buttons require a hard sideways push.
2. Inconvenient. One-handed operation is also impossible, regardless of whether the timer sticks to the refrigerator or sits on the counter. To set the timer, I have to stop cooking, wash my hands, and grasp the timer firmly in one hand before being able to push the buttons with the other hand.
3. Erroneous instructions. They incorrectly say to press the START/STOP button before entering the time. That's wrong, and will lead to frustration. (To enter the time, simply press RESET and then press the buttons representing the four digits (MM:SS) representing the time.
4. Limited maximum time. The maximum time is 99 minutes 59 seconds -- not long enough for some recipes. Even the parking meters in downtown Seattle go higher than this.
5. Time-of-day clock is inconvenient and erratic. You cannot see what time of day it is without picking up the timer and sliding a tiny switch on its underbelly. When I switch to "clock" mode while the kitchen timer is running, the unit often fails to display the time of day.
6. Buttons 0-9 are very small and difficult to press. Sometimes they don't register, even when pressed firmly.
