Customer Review: Looks fancy, but won't last

I've had two of these and both quit working within a few weeks of use. The case is not water-proof, not even water resistant. The rubber grips on either side of the case become dislodged and will not reseat properly. Chaning the battery may not even be possible, although neither of the two I had would work long enogh to put a dent in the battery life. I purchased four of these for gifts. Two of the four were dead on arrival. This is a very high failure rate.
