The company shipped me a new unit and it works perfectly. This company has terrific customer service. They were prompt and followed up quickly and checked on me and relatively effortlessly - by email.
Full 5 stars and I recommend Todco and this product verh highly.

I took a chance and emailed the company and I got a very prompt response from The Sales Manager. Extremely prompt !
He said they would replace the unit and asked me to send the the cut power cord and the receipt. Both of which we did not have as we threw the unit out and I did not know how to contact the company as I had misplaced the manual. I found the manual two days ago, emailed the company and got the quick response.
I replied that we did not have the unit or receipt and sent him a scanned copy of the manual and suggested that if he believed we were customers, to send us a replacement unit.
Well - I received another prompt reply stating that they were shipping a replacement unit. My wife are pleasantly surprised at the outstanding customer service and their willingness to stand by their product. I have not seen this in other manufacturers. So I have moved this to 5 stars simply for such great responsiveness. We love the roasted garlic it produces. If they are willing to do this I suspect I may have just gotten a random unit that was defective and may not reflect the overall quality of the company's product.
After I receive the replacement unit and it works for some time, and does not die in a few months, I will change this to 5 stars.
