easy to use, and no need to fire up the oven, cut off the top of garlic place in roaster drizzle with herb infused avocado oil,close lid and 30 min later you have delicious roasted garlic cloves that pop right out of the casing spread on toast point or use in spreads,dressing pot roast or where ever.... make sure you soak terra cotta disk in water for 10 min before you roast chef asta

The Tagco Roasted Garlic Express makes Roasted garlic for your meals quick and easy. Roast garlic like a pro! The adorable garlic shape design fits any kitchen decor. The GR301 is easy to use- just rinse the terra cotta ring under water, Remove top of garlic bulb exposing cloves. Add olive oil to the roasting cup and season oil with salt and herbs. Place garlic into roasting pan, cut side down. With the pan now in the roaster, close the cover and Press button to start the 27 minute cooking cycle. (3 bulbs of garlic are done in 27 minutes ) When light goes out wait a moment to cool and remove roasting cup using the roasting cup handle. Surface is non stick, so garlic won't stick and clean up is easy. In minutes you will have delicious roasted garlic ready to serve and eat. Cord Storage allows cord stored to be stored in unit and out of sight. The amount of energy used to heat the "Roasted Garlic Express" is very minimal and it does not heat the room as an oven does.
