This non-stick pancake griddle is great; I've had no issues with it. The Thermo-Spot is handy. I use it on the biggest gas burner on my stovetop so there's no cool edges. Also to prevent sticking, it helps if you add a tablespoon of oil to your recipe if it doesn't call for any.
