I have used this product nowseveral times, only for waffles. It takes to long to warm up, takes way to long (15 minutes) to cook, and they still come out "soggy". I am not recommending this product at all.Customer Review: Makes for a good dual purpose gift

Bought this for my father who likes to make waffles, plus my mother makes cheese sandwiches on a rainy day accompanied by Campbell's tomato soup. It prevents you from having to buy two kitchen appliances.Customer Review: Great product

This is the best sandwich maker we have used. It is non-stick which really helps when making cheesy sandwiches. Also you can completely remove the plates and wash them, that makes it very easy to clean.
