I love raclette, but I wish the machine had a heat setting. It gets far too hot, and the only way to turn it down is to unplug it. That is my only complaint about this machine, but I guess it is a serious complaint because my meat burned and my cheese cooked to a crisp.Customer Review: Second Time Around

This is our second purchase of this product because we needed more than 8 trays for our raclette parties. It works just as well as the more expensive raclette grills. Easy to clean and maintain. Our 2 year old raclette grill looks almost as good as our new grill.Customer Review: Almost very good!

This raclette is great... minor issues:
- does not come with the spatulas, you have to buy those extra
- gets too hot if you do not use it for at least 4 people
...but still a bargain if you don't want to spend more than $50! Would buy again!

This is great for when company comes over. After we use it, everyone asks where we got it from. It is very easy to use and cooks very well. We usually cook meat and veggies on top and melt cheese in the bottom. It is also very easy to clean up.Customer Review: Very excited for first use.

I love this grill.. We used one just like it in the Netherlands for a few different meals. My husband and I are now looking foward to bringing a piece of that fun here. Can't wait for the first guests to try it out! a MUST BUY!!
