Customer Review: Hard work for a little parmesan.

I bought this to replace those Kraft 'barely parmesan cheese' graters that I was buying over and over again and throwing away, so this is still better than that option. That said, I'm looking for a better solution.
I am using it for hard parmesan and I find it takes a really long time to get very much grated, with lots and lots of turning of the top of the grater. I haven't used any other rotary graters, but the ones I've seen in use sure seem to work more quickly.
I hoped that I could just pop the whole thing in the fridge with the cheese inside, but since it's not air tight, the grated cheese gets hard. The ungrated cheese seems okay though.
This grater seems like a pretty good bargain. It includes two extra cups to hold gratings and two extra blades.
I discovered a much better option - the Oxo Seal and Store grater. We just keep it in the fridge and have delicious real parmesan whenever we want it.
