Customer Review: Not nearly as impressed.....

I had high hopes for this Raclette Unit. Starting with disappointment the first:
1. The book that is pictured as the recipe book DOES NOT COME WITH THE UNIT. How do I know this? I have ordered this product twice. The first time I returned the unit since it did not include the recipe book that is pictured with the raclette. Bad Amazon for showing something that is not included. What is included is a multilingual instruction book with a couple of pages of suggested uses. BAD AMAZON for showing a picture of something not included. Twice I have been burned...... Thrice I shall not be....
2. The unit itself.... The stability of this grill with the granite top is questionable. Very light metal construction. The granite top feels like it could rock from side to side very easily. I expected more from Swissmar.
3. This raclette grill is very handsome if you can get past the stability and seeming cheap construction with metal that is not thick enough. When I pay this much for an appliance I expect that it will "feel" heavy and strong enough for the task it was built for. This product I fell is flimsy overall and hope the granite top stays stable.
Please review the quality fo this unit. I am not entirely unhappy with it but very close.........
