I purchased several Swiss Diamond pans (different sizes, including this large one) several years ago and I love them - they have the combination of the best features that some of the better pans have: excellent heat conductivity, non-stick surface, can go into the oven up to 500 F (the handle can take that) and judging by its weight and quality it's made of cast-iron, which produces superb cooking results. I love the fact that its surface is covered with diamond crystals that prevent it from blistering - ever. And, being a female the idea that not only I wear diamonds but my food is cooked on them warms my heart':)
I'm sad to say that a couple of months ago somebody "borrowed" my 12 ˝ inch frying pan and that was the last time I saw it. So, I had to purchase it again. This time I ordered it from Amazon (the price was great compared to the place I bought it the first time) and am very happy to have "my best friend" back.

The user will be able to brown foods in the revolutionary non stick nano-composite coating which uses diamond crystals as a part of the coating.
