The product is great, its as easy as it says. The recipes are very useful, especially the descriptions on how to cook the rice. My rice turns out perfect everytime. The one thing I missed was the description on how to roll normal makis, but its easy to figure out once you do the inside out ones.

As I am not as much of a sushi person as my husband, I can now make HIM sushi at home while having encheladas (his least favorite, my ABSOLUTE fav) a great compremise (-: this product is very versitile, and as long as you don't overfill the rolling unit, is VERY simple to use, I got it on the first try!Customer Review: Alot of fun and easy to use.

I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because it says you can make sushi with this without using Nori. When we tried it without the Nori, it fell apart...yes we were using the correct rice and it is very sticky. However, with the Nori to help hold it all together, we have made many delicious sushi rolls.Customer Review: Product Better than I am.

I am sure it works well ... but I have Hams for hands and in two tries
I am not proficient as yet ... but better on 2nd. Found sticky rice in my ear last night and some on TV Remote. Would work well as glue I think.

I got this, after recently falling in love with sushi(and going broke lol) It's very easy to use and you can even go to the sushimagic website to see video on how to make the perfect rolls. I just used it tonight to make sushi for my family:-) Thanks!
