I had previously slammed this item. The seller made it a point to call me and explain how to use it and why it was of a very light aluminum. She called back several times as i was away on business. i am even more impressed with the customer service than the article itself. This business takes pride in what they sell and how the customer feels about what they purchase. Kudos to them. I will buy from them again.

Customer Review: Use as a flour duster

I have one of these but with a flat handle. I fill it with flour, close the screen and use it to dust my rolling surface with flour and also the surface of my dough as I roll it out. It should dust powdered sugar well also. I use a miso strainer (bigger screen) to sprinkle poppy seeds perfectly. It even has a stick to stir them around when they clump together.
