Customer Review: Glorified water bottle.

I have some qualms with this product, overall it makes for a decent mixer but its not all its cracked up to be.
There are some nice uses for the BB (blender bottle) such as mixing chocolate milk, protein mix, (as long as you add the water before the mix, otherwise it just clumps together at the bottom.)
Other than that if you're trying to whipp eggs, grate vegetables, or do any other kind of mixing with solid substances, this product simply does not work. If you're mixing protein or any type of liquid this a good buy, other than that its a glorified water bottle.

Simply put, it works as advertised. This is my first blender bottle and I mainly use it for mixing my protein shakes. I was using a regular plastic water bottle before and there would always be agglomerated chunks in my drink as well as unmixed leftovers sticking to the sidewalls or corner edges; not with this bottle.
It's also very easy to clean up. The only real complaint I can think of is that my lid requires an extra amount of force in order to close and seal properly then I would have expected; hardly a problem, I'd rather have it leak free.

I just wanted to write an update to my last review. In my last review I stated I liked it but it leaked on the side of the rim. Well not even two days later Ryan from Biossential Nutrition got in touch with me reassured me that I must have received a defective product and promptly had a new one shipped out. I use the new bottle almost every day and it doesn't leak one bit. I'm very ecstatic to recommend this product from there company to anyone. This is the only shaker bottle that I've used that doesn't leak!! I now own three of them. In the past, I've had to wrap my shaker bottles in paper towels before I shake them because the contents would end up all over my clothing if I didn't. I never have to worry with these bottles. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is that my protein powder sometimes doesn't mix as well as it does when I use other bottles. But that's a small sacrifice considering that the protein actually stays in the bottle.Customer Review: Steve

I hoped for more but it seems to be the most adequate item of its type. I used it to mix up powdered meal replacement drink mixes with milk. Even after vigorous shaking I get clumps of powder. On the plus side it's machine washable and doesn't leak. The top is a bit finicky to get on straight, but once on you're good. The only other minor complaint is that if you try to drink out of the flip top you'll have liquid residue dripping on your hand. I minimize this by letting it set a few moments after mixing.
