Sunbeam has made the BEST Iced Tea Maker that I have ever owned, and that's saying a lot since I've had a few over the past 15+ years. This iced tea maker has a large basket for tea and the design of the product means that it doesn't drip and make messes like some of my older tea makers. The pitcher is better designed, too, in that it has a larger capacity; my husband and I make tea at least once a day so this has been nice.

I prefer this Sunbeam model to any of the Mr. Coffee models I have previously owned!

One thing that I will email Sunbeam about and should make others aware of - the manual has an error about the operation of the product. It says that the steeping dial on the steeping basket should be in the "closed" position during brewing, but the illustration next to this shows the steeping dial in the "open" position. Just make sure the steeping dial is "open" for the tea to pour into the pitcher and you won't have any problems.

Overall a great product and I am extremely happy with it!
