Customer Review: One star is one too many! - Peice of Junk 2 failures in 3 weeks

We really needed a good Electric Blanket.
The first one had a broken control dial on left side controller.
The second one failed after 2 weeks with "FF" flashing in the display. (Was really nice for those 2 weeks).
The controllers are a mess with the cheapest possible most failure prone Chinese components.
Sunbeam should be ashamed of itself for selling this product.
Sunbeam customer service blew us off completely.
Will not ever buy any other Sunbeam product again.
