I bought this product a few weeks back but when it arrived, a mirror had fallen off and I was pretty disappointed. I was thinking that i should have listened to some of the reviewers and not purchased it. I gave a bad feedback. Immediately in a few hrs, I got an email from the seller asking me for the reason and I wrote back explaining. They said they will replace it for me. But I did not want to take the hassle of repacking and resending. But they offered me to keep the old one and yet send another one. All this happened in less than a day and I got another good piece in 2 days. I wondered all these are simply because one small mirror fallen off from the piece which I could have glued it myself!. I did not expect this outcome from my simple feedback. I will DEFINITELY buy again from them.
