Customer Review: Woo hoo! I finally found another Rubbermaid butter dish!

Having kids, I LOVE this butter dish. No breaking, lightweight, easy to clean. Ours got melted by being placed a little too close to a hot burner and we've been looking for a replacement for months. I teased that I'd try Amazon and there it was! I love the look of the more expensive butter dishes but this is just so functional that it's everybody's favorite.Customer Review: Dad loves it

Dad loves it. The cover snaps on, and when the cover is off the ridge that it snaps on provides an excellent hand hold. He has sugar problems and is starting to lose the feeling in his fingers. Our old butter dishes we turn upside down for him to grip the cover, this one is quite capable of doing that as well, tho we have not had to do that as of yet.Customer Review: Butter Dish

This butter dish was priced right and keeps my daughter's cat out of the butter! We no longer have to keep it in the refridgerator so that it's hard and tears up bread when you try to spread it. I was a bit dismayed that I had to pay more for shipping than I did the product, but at least I got exactly what I wanted and needed. I'm a happy camper!Customer Review: very pleased

i am thrilled with this butter dish. the quality is great. the seal is tight. i like the lip in the base that prevents leaking/dripping if the butter melts.
i wish i could say more -- because i am very happy with my purchase -- but it *is* just a butter dish. (it's the little things that count most!)

I've searched far and wide for a butter dish like this, and I finally found it. No store near me (there are tons of home goods stores around here) had a butter dish like this. It seems wierd to buy a butter dish online, but this really is a great one. I recommend this product to everybody!
