I purchased this olive oil dispenser for my daughter who keeps her olive oil on the counter in her cooking area. She found the bottles were knocked over occasionally and most dispensers were of a similar shape, tall and more slender.This dispenser has a very wide flat bottom so it will not tip. This dispenser will protect the oil from light, and keep the oil protected and yet ready at hand. It is vey attractive as well as being easy to clean and maintain and of a style that will not look out of place in any kitchen. I also have to add that while it is not a large container it's shape allows it to hold quite a lot of oil. I am very pleased with this dispenser, but most importantly, so is my daughter.Customer Review: won't tip over, doesn't drip

I've owned one of these for years. Used to be available at Real Goods. I love it. I use it every day. It's easy to clean: just wipe down, and the oil stays fresh and accessible. I will be giving this as a gift. Many friends have asked me where to get one and until I found it today, I didn't know. I like that it won't tip over.Customer Review: Elegant and Useful

I found this oil can to be very elegant and highly polished. It is 100% stainless steel and looks well built. The oil comes out the sprout smoothly without dripping. The lid stays snugly on during pour. As with using anything with a lid, one should not overly tip the angle when pouring. I highly recommend this fine product.Customer Review: Not this One

I'm only here because I'm shopping for another olive oil can after using this one for 3 months. While it's stylish on the counter and the oil pours nicely from the spout, the top keeps falling off. Everytime. It's not the smooth operation I imagined when I decanted my bottle of oil into this can. Try another one.
