I bought this item for 9.99. the cookie sheet is very thin and bends easily. haven't had problems with it peeling yet, but I can see it coming on the back of the sheet.
the cookie press is ok. I've never owned one, but I thought it was suppose to make baking cookies easier. like the previous reviews, dough gets caught in there making the whole process longer than it should be. it took me a little bit to figure the thing out, there were no instructions for the baking handicap.
one of the plastic pieces for decorating broke on the first try. they are cheaply made!
Overall, I was dissappointed in the item, very cheaply made. Don't waste your money, instead apply it to something that's worth a bit more, but works and lasts.

I got an awesome deal for an excellent price. The only thing I didn't count on was that I had never used a dark cookie sheet before. Two cookie sheets entered only one came out. The dark cookie sheet burned the base of my cookies even when the top was still raw. Also some of the teflon coating peeled of with the first use no scrubbing involved it just peeled along with the cookies. That is the only reason I gave this 4 stars. I would have given it 5 stars but that cookie sheet was bad. Everything else was awesome. It would have still been a stupendous deal even without them throwing in the cookie sheet but they did and since it burned a batch of cookies it cost them a star.Customer Review: Great set for the price!

After wanting to continue my family tradition of making spritz for the Holidays, I started the long process of finding just the right spritz press. So many companies make plastic versions of spritz makers, but I really wanted a durable, long-lasting, metal one. I found exactly that in this spritz maker, it mostly metal construction (part of the top and the presser foot are plastic) and metal dies will last my family and I for years to come. The cookie sheet is a little tricky though, it scratches really easily. But since all I really wanted was the press, I'm really happy w/ my purchase. Bought for 10 bucks.
The press is functional, but it is difficult to use and produces a lot of waste. The notched lever is very finicky and frequently comes out of place. The spring on the press works sometimes and not others.
The cookie sheet is useless -- it peeled on the first use.
I did attempt two batches. Not a quality product & far below expectations -- it should be returned or goodwilled.
UPDATE: I returned the item and was assessed a 2 dollar restocking fee. Ironically, that's about what this product is worth.

I will admit right off that I have not used the press yet. But, I was really tickled to see the rack and baking sheet that was included. The baking sheet is really thin and flat and large. Seemed good!
The first time I used it, for some frozen garlic bread, the bread burned before the time was up and stuck just a little too the pan. When I pulled the bread off, the black paint came off the pan with it. THe pan will have to be thrown away--seems a shame. If it's not meant for use in the oven, then there should have been instructions for usage.
