Evoking the holidays with a traditional evergreen, the pattern creates a warm, folksy Christmas feel that families will look forward to year after year and hold dearly in their memories for generations. The trademark tree, seemingly decorated by young hands and ringed with brightly wrapped presents underneath, stands cheerily in the center of every piece. Charming, crafty decorations encircle the tree and Santa himself--bag slung over his shoulder--stands at the top. For collecting fun, Spode adds new accessories to the pattern every year, allowing a cherished holiday tradition to grow with time. Made of clear class and 6-inches in diameter, this set of 4 salad bowls dress up a holiday table smartly and serve up plenty of delicious winter seasonal greens. Like all items in the pattern, the bowls feature the pattern's calling-card Christmas tree design at center; other decorations include mistletoe and 22-karat gold trim at the top of the bowl. Hand washing is recommended to preserve the gold trim, and the glass should not be used in a microwave.
