This bowl is beautiful! The photos just don't do it justice. Am looking forward to more pieces in this pattern. Also, it arrived nicely boxed for gift giving. And the price online was much better than local stores.

It carries the classic Christmas Tree design but also a magnificent stylized, multi-colored border with a look of hand-painted flowers inspired by the 18th century Spoode pattern, "British Flowers." The edge has the Spode Gadroon beaded shape, making it an especially unique piece in the collection, matching only the Gadroon platter introduced last season. The New Gadroon punch bowl is made in England of Spode imperialware, high-quality earthenware.
