The 20 gal Stationary Electric Steam Kettle (KEPS-20) is a remarkably efficient and robust electric steam kettle from Southbend. This pedestal kettle features 20 gallon capacity and is expertly manufactured using incredibly durable and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It sits on a stout, incredibly strong pedestal made entirely from stainless steel which can be secured to the floor. The interior of the double-wall kettle jacket is filled with distilled water and sealed by the factory to prevent any possible contamination. Additionally, the 12 kW heating elements will allow the kettle to cook up to 290°F at a maximum pressure of 50 psi. Features : 20 gallon capacity, Steam tap and control valve, Removable handle with heat resistant knob, Kettle liner constructed from exceptionally durable 304 stainless steel.
