Expertly manufactured by Southbend, the 40 gal Tilting Electric Mixer Kettle (KEMTL-40) is a remarkably efficient and robust electric mixer kettle. Featuring a 40 gallon capacity, this model includes a tilting feature and is expertly manufactured using incredibly corrosion-resistant and durable stainless steel. It is also equipped with a built-in automatic mixer which is powered by a 5 HP electric motor which drives a hydraulic pump. The interior of the double-wall kettle jacket is filled with distilled water and sealed by the factory to prevent any possible contamination. Additionally, the 18 kW heating elements will allow the kettle to cook up to 290°F at a maximum pressure of 50 psi.
