Expertly manufactured by Southbend, the 80 gal Stationary Electric Steam Kettle (KELS-80) is a remarkably efficient and robust electric steam kettle. Featuring an 80 gallon capacity, this kettle has plenty of room for cooking and is expertly manufactured using incredibly corrosion-resistant and durable stainless steel. It sits on stout, tubular legs made from stainless steel with adjustable feet which can be secured to the floor. The interior of the double-wall kettle jacket is filled with distilled water and sealed by the factory to prevent any possible contamination. Additionally, the 18 kW heating elements will allow the kettle to cook up to 290°F at a maximum pressure of 50 psi. Features : 80 gallon capacity, Steam tap and control valve, Removable handle with heat resistant knob, Kettle liner constructed from exceptionally durable 304 stainless steel.
